Co-Founder & Owner
Michael founded MSRCS in 2020 alongside William with a simple goal: deliver concrete work that homeowners could be proud of for years to come. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, he brings deep technical knowledge and a craftsman's attention to detail to every project.
A Charlottesville native, Michael has built his reputation one driveway, patio, and walkway at a time. He personally oversees every job to ensure the quality meets his standards — and yours.
William Rausch
Co-Founder & Co-Owner
William co-founded MSRCS in 2020, bringing with him over 50 years of hands-on concrete experience. His depth of knowledge in the field is unmatched — from large commercial pours to intricate decorative finishes, he has seen and done it all.
Together, Michael and William bring over 65 combined years of expertise to every project. William's seasoned eye for quality and his commitment to doing the job right the first time are at the core of what makes MSRCS stand out across Charlottesville and the surrounding region.
